Two new restaurants in Parker Square opened for business on Monday.
The Original Joey O’s, 310 Parker Square, is a Chicago-style subs restaurant offering hand-crafted subs, salads and desserts, made with fresh ingredients and classic recipes. It’s open Monday through Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., and on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Click here for more information.
A few doors down, Morning Edition Cafe also opened Monday morning. The eatery, located at 308 Parker Square, serves breakfast and brunch items such as pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage and more, and it’s open daily from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Click here for more information.
