4 Flower Mound parks to get playground upgrades

Four playgrounds at Flower Mound parks will receive updates as part of the Fiscal Year 2018-2019 budget, according to a town news release.

Those four playgrounds are located at Lakewood, Stone Creek, Thrush West, and Gerault Parks. Construction on these upgrades is scheduled to begin in the spring and will be completed by late summer or early fall 2019, according to the news release. Once the plans are finalized, the town will announce the playground themes.
