Thank you. I am still humbled that the majority of Northlake decided to re-elect me. I look forward to hearing your thoughts and ideas as your Mayor. Now to the important stuff: The Town is scheduled to improve Cleveland-Gibbs Rd from FM 407 to FM 1171 to a two-lane concrete road. We are finalizing contracts for Right-of-Way acquisition from property owners. Once finalized construction will begin, updates will be posted to the Town’s website.
Improvements to FM 407 from Hwy 377 to FM 156 are coming; the Town is working with the County, more to follow.
At Hwy 114 and 35W an IHOP, 7-11, and Popeye’s have been approved and construction should start before the end of the year.
