Adopt a pet and help ‘Clear the Shelters’

The largest adoption event in North Texas returns on Saturday, July 23.

For the third year, shelters across DFW are waiving adoption fees to help make shelter pets’ dreams come true.

Although the Flower Mound Animal Adoption Center, located at 3950 Justin Road, never charges an adoption fee, the adopter must agree to have the pet vaccinated for rabies and spayed/neutered within 15 days of adoption.

Last year’s event paired more than 2,900 pets with new homes.
