Mitcham is uniquely qualified to serve as judge

With more than 16 years of experience as a law enforcement officer and as a felony prosecutor in the Denton County District Attorney’s Office, George Mitcham is uniquely qualified to serve as the Denton County Court at Law Number One Judge.

As a husband and father of two, George has made a commitment to public service that spans his entire adult life and will allow him to serve the citizens of Denton County in a fair and impartial manner as the County’s Juvenile Court judge. He has served as member of the legal community since 1993 as a detention officer in an East Texas sheriff’s office, a police officer in Carrollton, and currently a felony prosecutor in the Denton County District Attorney’s Office.

His commitment to Denton County through many legal and Republican community organizations, and a unique understanding that our families, friends, and neighbors are committed to justice and the rule of law, will allow him to serve fairly while following an ethical mandate the public requires of its elected officials. Denton County residents deserve a judge who is capable of hearing cases promptly, ruling in a fair and impartial manner according to the law and evidence, and treating each person in the court room with respect and courtesy.

In Denton County, we only have one juvenile court and deserve an educated and experienced judge who will fairly serve with impartiality, ethics, and integrity. Please visit www.georgemitcham.com and vote George Mitcham for the Denton County Court at Law Number One Judge on March 2.
